During our recent stay at Zia’s charming cottage, we found it to be a comfortable retreat well-equipped for families. The cottage featured quality bedding including heated electric blankets, which certainly enhanced our nights. We appreciated the dining area where we shared meals, and the patio offered lovely views for morning coffee. Zia's hospitality stood out, providing us with fresh eggs from the hens and even sourcing lactose-free milk. Our kids loved the ultimate alpaca experience, which included feeding the animals and interacting with donkeys, effortlessly combining relaxation with family fun. Although we enjoyed our time, the cottage could benefit from additional ironing facilities for longer stays. The cozy atmosphere, coupled with the rural experience, made it a worthwhile escape, balancing comfort with a sense of adventure, and we hope to revisit in summer.
